Professional Life:

I have been a teacher at Woodrow Wilson Middle School since 1999.  Over the years, I have been able to teach all three grade levels since I used to be a computer teacher in addition to a sixth grade science teacher.  Of all three grades, sixth grade is my favorite. In addition to teaching sixth graders, I am in charge of creating the ID cards for the students and teachers. I also maintain the school's weather station that is located on the roof over the new wing.

Education:

I graduated from JFK High School in Iselin in 1986. I graduated Cum Laude from Kean University in 1992 with a B.A. in elementary education and psychology. I currently hold a N-8 certificate, a 5-8 middle school science certificate and k-12 psychology certificate. I am also a member of the National Science Teachers Association.

Personal Life:

I was born right here in Edison at JFK Hospital and I moved to Iselin when I was a year old. (I don't remember the move). I currently reside in another section of Woodbridge Township. I am a huge Yankees fan and I try to go to Yankee Stadium to watch my favorite team as often as possible. I have been there so much that I saw David Cone's perfect game and Derek Jeter's 3,000th hit. When I am not at a baseball game, I like to travel. I have been to Great Britain, France, Italy, Australia and many areas of the United States and Canada. I would love to visit New Zealand for my next adventure. In my spare time, I like to fix computers. Maybe one day I might open my own computer store. I'll give all of my students a discount!
